What we do share, and share readily with program customers, is documentation tied to actual production. Each run carries the records that belong to it: the source classification approved for use on the label, the certificate of analysis from testing performed for that run, and the production and packaging records held by the facility that filled it. Those documents describe the runs they cover. They are evidence, not a forecast, and we do not present them as a standing guarantee of future results.
Supply is contracted, not owned. Volume is committed against agreements with defined terms, and we scope programs to what those agreements actually support. We would rather decline a case count than promise availability we cannot stand behind for the length of a contract, which is why our quotes carry term limits and review points instead of open-ended supply language.
