QUALITY & RELEASE
A Finished Run Is Released Against Its Own Record
Quality review starts before production with the source classification, intended market, package specification, approved artwork, production-facility documentation, and the records required for the customer's program. The production partner controls its regulated process and line records. Nativa manages the customer specification, confirms the agreed documentation package, and keeps the program record connected to the run it describes.Request Water Supply↗01Run-specific records

Release review can include production identification, counts, package and label checks, source or product documentation, certificate of analysis where required by the program, exceptions, and freight release. The exact tests and acceptance criteria depend on the product and agreement. A prior run does not automatically release a later run, and a marketing description never overrides the current production label and records.
If a customer raises a concern, the first job is traceability: identify the run, case or pallet information, receiving condition, photographs where relevant, storage and handling history, and the nature of the issue. The response then follows the responsible facility, carrier, packaging supplier, or program process without making promises before the record is reviewed.

A more natural operating rhythm.
Run-specific records
Documentation remains tied to the production it covers and is not treated as a permanent universal claim.
Current label controls
Artwork and marketing copy never override the label and records of the product being shipped.
Traceability leads response
Run, case, pallet, receiving, storage, and handling information are established before responsibility or remedy is assigned.
WHAT WE CAN SAY PLAINLY
01Water is obtained through contracted commercial supply arrangements. Nativa does not claim ownership of any aquifer or of groundwater in place.
02Production is performed by approved third-party facilities. Nativa manages the program and does not represent itself as the owner or operator of a bottling plant.
03Availability, volumes, minimums, and lead times are quoted per program and are subject to a signed agreement. We make no guaranteed, unlimited, or perpetual supply representations.
