DISTRIBUTION
Territory Expansion Follows Replenishment, Not Hype
A distribution program is qualified by channel, territory, customer type, expected door count, case movement, receiving model, warehouse capacity, sales coverage, launch plan, and reorder cadence. A broad statement of regional interest is not enough to determine a run. The first geography should be small enough to observe movement and correct the program before additional inventory is committed.Request Water Supply↗01Start with a testable territory

03Expansion follows evidence
The distributor and Nativa have different jobs. Nativa manages the approved product configuration, production program, documentation, and agreed supply plan. The distributor manages the customers, storage, local delivery, sales execution, inventory visibility, and market feedback within its agreement. Exclusivity, if considered at all, follows measurable obligations and defined territory rather than being granted for enthusiasm.
Expansion decisions use actual orders, inventory, service levels, returns, damaged product, customer retention, and payment performance. A program can pause, resize, change package, or leave a channel if the evidence does not support the original plan. Protecting the brand and the working capital is more important than reporting a larger map.

WHAT WE CAN SAY PLAINLY
01Facility locations, source coordinates, infrastructure maps, production capacities, and water-draw data are treated as confidential and are not published.
02Nativa Waterworks operates independently of Aquifer Waterworks. The two companies serve different requirements and do not share customer routing.
03Everyday Water Group is the parent platform. It does not sell packaged programs, and its portfolio-level statements do not extend to Nativa's specific supply or production commitments.
