PROJECT PROCESS
Ten Decisions From Brief to Reorder
A managed program moves through discovery, configuration, feasibility, proposal, artwork, approval, scheduling, production, delivery, and replenishment. Discovery defines the use and operating need. Configuration selects the package, size, decoration, case, and delivery model. Feasibility checks qualified partner lines, materials, run requirements, market rules, and the date. The proposal then states what is included, excluded, assumed, and still to be confirmed.Request Water Supply↗
Artwork begins only after the configuration is stable enough to supply the correct die line. The customer approves the design and the claims or information it owns; Nativa reviews the program information and removes unsupported product language. Production is not scheduled as firm until the required approvals and commercial terms are complete. Changes after approval can affect price, materials, line time, and delivery.
Delivery closes the first cycle but not the program. The reorder review compares consumption, remaining inventory, lead time, artwork changes, venue or customer expansion, packaging performance, and the next hard date. Recurring programs work because that review occurs before the reorder becomes an emergency.
FROM SOURCE TO SERVICE
A more natural operating rhythm.
Discovery through proposal
Need, configuration, feasibility, scope, assumptions, exclusions, and open decisions are made visible.
Approval controls production
Correct die line, customer sign-off, supported claims, and complete terms precede firm scheduling.
Reorder is designed
Consumption, inventory, lead time, changes, performance, and future dates are reviewed before urgency.
WHAT WE CAN SAY PLAINLY
01Nativa Waterworks is a private commercial enterprise. It is not a government body, public utility, or regulatory authority, and it holds no permitting or enforcement role.
02Water is obtained through contracted commercial supply arrangements. Nativa does not claim ownership of any aquifer or of groundwater in place.
03Production is performed by approved third-party facilities. Nativa manages the program and does not represent itself as the owner or operator of a bottling plant.
