Nativa coordinates palletized freight to customer-designated receiving points but does not describe freight as invisible or free. Quotes identify the delivery basis and the assumptions used. Split shipments, multiple venues, inside delivery, limited access, storage, expedited service, re-delivery, detention, and appointment failures can change the work and the cost.
The receiving party has an operating role. Counts and visible condition should be checked on arrival, exceptions noted with the carrier, and issues reported with the shipment record. Product must then be stored and handled according to the package and label. A clear receiving process protects the customer, the carrier, the production partner, and the program from arguments that begin after the evidence is gone.
